This page covers the steps on how to utilize the RSVP feature for your events.

Collecting RSVP information using FormSG

  1. Login at https://form.gov.sg/login with your agency email and follow the steps here to create an RSVP form on Storage Mode.

  1. On the left panel, click on "Add fields" and select "Short Answer" to create a field for attendees to input their name.

  1. Repeat Step 2 to create another field for attendees to input their NRIC.

  1. Once the form has been created, click on "Share" on the top right corner to start collecting RSVP details.

How do I upload RSVP information?

RSVP information can only be uploaded before the event has started. Once the event has started, you will not be able to utilise the RSVP feature.

  • If your event has an RSVP, you can upload RSVP information before the start of the event. Click on "Upload RSVP".

  • Upload a CSV file with the attendees' most updated information. When they check into the event on the day itself, they will be matched to the RSVP list according to their NRIC.

Guidelines on CSV file

This CSV file can come from FormSG.

  • CSV file must contain at least 2 columns with header "Name" and "NRIC".

  • Optionally, you can add as many additional columns as you wish (e.g. dietary preferences, seating allocation).

  • All these extra information will be displayed to the attendees when they check into the event on the day itself).

I need to make changes to the RSVP list that I've uploaded. How do I edit it?

Once your event has started, you are not allowed to update the RSVP list.

  • Click on "Update RSVP".

  • Re-upload the updated RSVP list.

What if my event does not have an RSVP?

  • If your event does not have an RSVP, you can wait for the attendees to check in using the event QR code on the event day itself.

    • Attendees will be registered as "Walk-in" under Type.
